    • Cold compress: put cold/hot bag into freezer to be refrigerated for half an hour before taking out for use
    • Hot compress: please put in microwavable container or cover completely with water at medium power setting for 30 seconds interval each time until reaching required temperature or soak into hot water approx 80 to90°C for 3-5 minutes
  • Purposes:

  • Precautions:
